Out-of-Warranty Products
For products that are no longer covered by the standard warranty period, a service fee of USD 100 (CNY700) will be charged for technical support, troubleshooting, remote guidance, or any other after-sales services provided by our technical team. -
Second-Hand or Resold Machines
Products purchased as second-hand, including units bought from third-party sellers, resellers, or transferred between end users, are not covered under the original warranty.
A USD 100 (CNY700) service fee will apply for each service request. -
Scope of the Service Fee
The USD 100 (CNY700) service fee covers:-
Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting

Payment Requirement
After confirming the service request, customers must complete payment prior to the provision of technical support.
